It seems like in most places, the doctor house call has become a thing of the past.  But not at Minit-Medical Urgent Care Clinic.  We recognize the needs of the highly mobile population, and make on-site house calls to resorts, condos, time-shares, hotels, and private homes.  The doctor can bring an entire medical kit containing diagnostic tools, medications, injections, even sutures and dressings for cuts and wounds or burns.  The Minit-Medical Physician also has the ability to bring a laptop based EKG machine, even a spirometer to test breathing function right in the comfort of your room!

Forgetting your prescription medication at home is common when taking a trip. Often times, visitors may run out of their medication with several days or weeks remaining on their vacation.  But they need not worry. 

Minit-medical is there to help.

Most visitors to Maui do not have an established doctor-patient relationship here.  They also discover that in many cases, their own doctor from the mainland is not able to call in a prescription or refill for them here.  This is often due to a Hawaii state law which requires a face-to-face visit with a licensed physician, and hence the establishment of a legitamate doctor-patient relationship, before a prescription can be written or filled.  Minit-Medical urgent Care Clinic is the perfect answer.  Walk-ins are welcome, and patients can just drop in, have a quick meeting with one of our doctors, and receive the prescription they need.  If it is after-hours, weekends, or holidays, the pharmacies may be closed, and patients can elect to fill their prescription right in Minit-Medical!
